This is a product of what I'm calling Roll for Art. Essentially, I've created different choices for the type of art, subject, hovering details like hearts and stars, etc. and different dice rolls will pick what I draw. The dice chose a chibi llama with medicine as an accessory, so I made him have a cold. I think it adds to the cuteness.
