RETURN POLICY

Since I'm doing a combination of digital and physical items, my return policy is a bit jumbled. The details on each type are below. Please make sure you review the correct section for the type of product purchased.

FOR PHYSICAL ITEMS:

I am utilizing Printful in order to create physical products on demand. Because of that, I am relying on Printful's return policy's main points. I will discuss them here, but please go to Printful's return policy to see the full details.

 

RETURNS OVERVIEW:

  • Please contact me first at artfullyyourscommissions@gmail.com so that I can let you know what the next steps are to process the return. I may also ask the reason for the return so that I can address any potential issues with the product.

  • Timing:

    • Misprinted, damaged, or defective items: return claim must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

    • Packages lost in transit: claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

    • Exchanges:  exchange claim must be submitted to me within 30 days after the product has been received.

  • I will let you know what the return address should be, based on either your country of origin or what facility the package came from. This address will be the corresponding Printful facility, not a building related to me directly. The return package should be addressed to "Artfully Yours Returns".

  • If you need to return an item in order to exchange it for a different size, please let me know as I will have to place a new order for the differently-sized item.

  • Any hygienic items cannot be returned and should simply be disposed of. You will still receive your refund regardless of this fact.

  • Printful does not accept items returned simply due to buyer's remorse. There is an exception to this but it only applies to Brazilian customers.

FOR DIGITAL FILES:

At this time I do not have a return policy for digital files, as I'm really not sure how to implement a return policy for them. For a physical return, you give back the item and you get back the money you paid. For a digital file though, it would be very easy for someone with devious intentions to duplicate the file before sending it back to me, thus both keeping the file I worked hard on and getting their money back. So for now, there is no return policy for digital files. But, please keep in mind that each commissioned piece gets 1 free major revision as well as 1 minor revision during the creation process, so there are opportunities available to change the art composition if the initial sketch doesn't meet your expectations.

 

If in the future I am somehow able to think of an enforceable return policy that can't be cheated, I will make sure it is updated here as well as on the FAQ page.
